Description: 2006 International Fire Code Fire Inspector 1 and 2 Certification Preparation Class: This sixteen hour course covers provisions of the 2006 IFC, 2006 IBC and 4th Edition IFSTA for Fire Inspection, with emphasis on the certification process and content. A comprehensive workbook and supplemental information is provided and the class uses a multimedia presentation format to reinforce delivery and retention.

Instructor: The instructor is Fire Chief Wayne Senter, who has 28 years of experience in fire code development, application and administration in Washington State. Chief Senter is a Co-founder and Member of the International Association of Fire Chiefs, Fire and Life Safety Section; Underwriters Laboratory Fire Council; Vice-President for the Washington Fire Chiefs; President of the Kitsap
County Fire Chiefs Association. He earned a Bachelors of Science in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
